Mr & Mrs Coburn
At every wedding you see an incredible amount of love and happiness amongst the couple and the guests alike. However, at this wedding, there seemed to be double that and it was a little overwhelming for me as the photographer. Laura and Ollie had originally booked to get married in summer 2018 but decided to bring their wedding day a year forward due to health concerns within the family. Knowing this made me feel like I had an extra special job on my hands to capture the smiles of the people they love, and I feel confident that I did that, even if it stirred some emotions in me during prep, photographing and the editing process.
Laura and Ollie decided to get married at Hyde Bank Farm in Stockport which is a beautifully secluded location with a brand new reception room and stunning views for miles. Right up until the wedding, Laura was absolutely chill. There was no shaking her. Her chief bridesmaid on the other hand, wanted to make sure that the day was perfect and thank goodness because she was the one who made sure that everything was in place and helped a great deal on the day, particularly in helping me to get some great shots. On the day, the bride was excited but calm and collected, but Ollie, well, he was shaking all over.
But you could totally tell why once you saw them together. Their love is so pure and so strong it just creates a huge bubble around them. Their wedding was a day of love and intense happiness, plenty of laughter and lots and lots of happy memories. Take a look below:
